Driveway / Road building

This is about building a cabin in northern Mn.
The Cabin will be a 4 season "off the grid" type cabin on a shoe string budget.
The Cabin is to be a 16 x 24 gambrel style building with a sleeping loft on each end.
The property is located 30 miles from Nashwaulk, we have road acess but no power.
